Following are the Registration Guidelines for FI-India:

• One College can register for any one segment or All the segments as well, But the Team members of both teams must not be same.
• Total Registration Fees is INR 70,000 including taxes for HEV, CV and EV Segment.
• Team Alteration will be allowed up to 10 members per team before Virtual Round.
• Mentorship Program and Pre Virtual Rounds will be conducted in the month of February 2025 .
• Final Event will be conducted at Tamil Nadu in the Month of 2-6th October 2025.

Following are the Registration Guidelines for FI-International:

• International Teams can participate in EV, HEV and CV Category.
• There are two event segments – Virtual and Dynamic, Team can choose to participate in either segment or both the segments of the event.
  A) Virtual Segment – Teams can appear for the virtual static events only which includes Engineering Design Presentation, Marketing and Business Plan Presentation, Cost Manufacturing Presentation, and Innovation Presentation.
  B) Dynamic Segment – Teams can appear for the static and dynamic events which includes (Static Rounds – Engineering Design Presentation, Marketing and Business Plan Presentation, Cost Manufacturing Presentation, and Innovation Presentation) and (Dynamic Rounds – Acceleration Test, Skid Pad Test, Autocross Test, Semi Autonomous Test, Endurance Round and Efficiency Round)
• Registration Fee – Registration fees include all the applicable taxes.
  A) Virtual Segment – 150 USD
  B) Dynamic Segment – 500 USD
• Team Members – Team can have minimum 7 to maximum 40 members in the team.
